Since
1979, I have practiced clinical medicine in internal
medicine, cardiology and disability evaluation
particularly in fields of internal medicine,
cardiology, pulmonary medicine and orthopedics.
I have been a consulting physician in these areas
for social security disability determination
division in the states of Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana
and west Virginia and for workers’ compensation in
west Virginia.
Both
during medical school and residency, I have taken
electives in orthopedics and rheumatology. I
have maintained an interest in the fields of
orthopedics and rheumatology and have performed
consultative exams in orthopedics for the states of
Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana and west Virginia. I
have performed orthopedic consultations for the
state of west Virginia workers’ compensation
division for the past ten years.
