Terms of Service
I understand and agree the
directory listing cost is $149 for first State selected, and
an additional $25 for each
additional State selected, and an additional $99 extra for uploading a CV.
Annual Membership is automatically renewed at $99 per year - after 1st year of
membership, with one (1) State included and $25 for each additional state
Member is listed in. I hereby attest under the pains and penalties of
perjury that the information I have provided is true and accurate to the best of
my knowledge. In consideration for IndependentMedicalExaminer.com publishing the
above information to prospective file review requesters, I hereby agree to
indemnify, hold harmless, and defend IndependentMedicalExaminer.com, its agents,
employees and attorneys from any and all damages, claims, suits, actions,
attorneys' fees, costs and or judgments arising from any knowing falsehoods or
inaccuracies contained in the above application.
RETURNS / REFUND POLICY
Any unsatisfied customer can request a refund within 10 days of order
date &/or within 5 days of seeing their initial rough draft
membership page. The refund will be credited back to
the card that you used and at 25%
of the original purchase price. So, if your order was $100, you would
be refunded back a total of $25 back to your card.
